Revish

I thoroughly enjoyed The Testament of Gideon Mack by James Robertson. In short, it’s an excellent novel and I highly recommend it. I won’t be reviewing it here though. Instead I’ve posted a review on Revish.
Revish is a very promising book review site and the reviews I’ve read so far are of a very high quality. I also found it very easy to register and to post a review. Go have a read!

I am planning to read The Testament of Gideon Mack in the next couple of weeks. I have read your review on Revish and I can’t wait to start reading the novel.
Thank you for the link to Revish. It looks like a good site.

I agree, I am enjoying Revish quite a bit, it is a nice “quiet” site. I’ve started a reading group there.

Maxine: You’re right, it is just that. I’ll check out your reading group!

I have just finished reading The Testament of Gideon Mack and found it wonderful. What if the devil was just some bloke living in a cave in Scotland?
Religion, God, the supernatural have become taboo for many of us. Here is a book that will prompt readers to ask themselves many questions. A good read indeed.

Juan: Indeed. It also made me ask why a man who’d had such an extraordinary encounter would choose to risk everything and talk about it so publicly, knowing that he would face instant ridicule.
Would I do the same if I was him? Would I do the same if I was them?
